How do I replace or pay for lost library materials?

Answer

Students who are unable to return or replace their items may pay for lost items at all LLC locations or at any campus or center Business Office. Students who choose to pay at the Business Office may need to alert the LLC that payment has been made by bringing or emailing a receipt.

If a student is a distance learner or unable to travel to a campus or center to make payment, please contact the LLC for remote payment options. See this Contact Info for more information on operating hours for campuses/centers.

*PLEASE NOTE: PAYMENTS FOR LOST ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Replacing your item may be less expensive than paying the lost cost. If you are interested in replacing your item we ask that you contact the campus librarian in order to find a comparable replacement copy.  See this guide for librarian contact info.
