Q. I need to work online with a group of students; how do I do this?

If you would like to work online with a group of students, you can use the MEET collaboration tool in Brainfuse.  Use of this service is free, and anyone can be invited to a virtual meeting (even people outside of FSCJ).  Just log into Brainfuse through the myFSCJ portal to get started.

WebEx meetings are also available to FSCJ faculty, staff, and students for business and academic purposes. Access the tool from the WebEx Portal at webex.fscj.edu or enable it within your Canvas course. WebEx has been integrated with Canvas to allow faculty and students to join and create meetings directly from their courses. See the links below for information on WebEx setup. (Viewing links may require you to log into myFSCJ.)

There are also other publicly available virtual meeting platforms, such as Google Hangouts (an updated version is called Google Meet) and Skype.  This article from The Verge provides more information.
