PrepStep for Colleges ("tests, tutorials, and ebooks for core math, science, and English skills; college success and computer skills; career, placement test, grad school, and ACT/SAT preparation; and high school equivalency center.")

  1. Log into your myFSCJ Student Center
  2. Click the "Useful Links" tile and choose Library and Learning Commons.
  3. Click on "sign in" in the upper right-hand corner; choose Single Sign-On.
  4. Click the Databases tab at the top of the screen, then click on the "P" in the alphabetic list.
  5. Choose PrepStep. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Gale Presents: Peterson's Test Prep (with NCLEX and many other practice tests) available through the library catalog:

  1. Log into your myFSCJ Student Center
  2. Click the "Useful Links" tile and choose Library and Learning Commons.
  3. Click on "sign in" in the upper right-hand corner; choose Single Sign-On.
  4. Click the Databases tab at the top of the screen, then click on the "G" in the alphabetic list.
  5. Choose Gale Presents: Peterson's Test Prep. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Interactive online practice tests (such as HESI) can be accessed through FSCJ's subscription to Brainfuse.

  1. Log into your myFSCJ Student Center
  2. Click the "Useful Links" tile and choose Brainfuse
  3. Under "Academic Tools," choose SkillSurfer
  4. Choose "College Entrance Test Prep" 
  5. Choose the appropriate test link. (The HESI link will be near the bottom under  "Nursing Entrance Exams.")

Of course, you can also find HESI, NCLEX and other prep books and eBooks at the Library and Learning Commons
